- BJBlack JokerMar 4, 20261.0Fast food should not be a 25 minute wait. Ask the manager before I paid that I do not have time to wait and informed me that my food was ready. 3 minutes later told me that I needed to wait for bo rounds. All that could've been told to me before I paid my money.
- ABAndy BadralMar 1, 20261.0It’s so sad to see the next generation are so lazy and incompetent, I ordered a single sandwich through the drive through and they told me to pull into a parking spot and they’d bring it out after 5 min. The line is empty and I’m their only customer. It takes them 5 minutes to make a sandwich? Ok whatever I pull into the spot and wait for almost 10 minutes. I walk in and my sandwich is on the counter. An employee who was sitting in the lobby comes and hands me and order without saying anything. They knew exactly what to do but chose to sit there and do nothing while at work.

It took five minutes just to be acknowledged despite a sign saying customers should be greeted within three seconds. Staff said they were short staffed, which I understand. I have worked fast food. The drive thru was busy, but there were clear moments when nothing was happening and that was the only time someone briefly came to the front. Waiting 25 minutes for two pickup orders is unacceptable.
