Wait times are extremely long, there are only 2 workers in total for the entire resturant, and they both ignore the front counter in order to cater to the drive thru. It took my entire 30 minute lunch before I got my food. If you have to use the restroom, good luck. Both bathrooms are locked with keypads and the employees have to unlock them for you.
