  If I could give this place a zero I definitely would. First and foremost the customer service was not the best at all. Very careless and not engaging. The second most important thing was the food. I ordered the Bojangles fish sandwich and upon paying $47 they told me that they didn't have any bread for the sandwich after the fact. Then to make matters worse the order that I placed was incorrect. I asked for a mix of bone-in chicken as well as the tenders and I got a box of nothing but tenders after ordering the family meal. They also had no strawberry biscuits. This is exactly why I haven't been to Bojangles in years due to the lack of care and consistency. I would recommend going somewhere else.

  Went at lunch time and was told the wait for the new fish sandwich would be a 30 minute wait. Left without it. Not sure i want to go back there due to out of stuff or long wait times.

  My worst Bojangles experiences have all been at this location. Incorrect orders, slow service, cold food, rock-hard biscuits...I've given this spot more than a few chances and yet they've consistently let me down. I've stopped trying here as a result.

  They have cut the size of the Sausage back so it's not as thick as it used to be, and mine was browned little too much... it wasn't much of nothing left!
