I couldn't get anyone to help me so I did the drive through. I used the AI assisted drive through to order and it actually got my order right. However, I waited 25 minutes just to pull up to the window. The guy read back my order, I confirmed it was correct then paid. As soon as I paid, he tells me they are out of coleslaw which was an individual side that I had ordered separately. I didn't want anything else so I asked if he could just refund my money on that item. The answer was no. I ended up getting two orders of mashed potatoes because they didn't have something I ordered. They should have mentioned it before I paid so it could have been taken off. The service here was some of the worst ive encountered from a fast food chain.
