There was nobody sitting down in the restaurant. And one person in the drive-thru. They all decided not to look at me, even though they knew I was there. After two or three minutes, one of them said she would be with me in a minute as she looked at the ground, not looking at me. I walked out by the way, the sanitation grade is a 91.5 and this restaurant is not that old. I hope the owner sees this and looks at the video for proof.

I don't know who sold Bojangles on the idea that AI drive through was a good idea, but I'm sure they laughed all the way to the bank while Bojangles is now left with a subpar product.
