  Bowls and burritos have been good! Can’t say I’ve had the bad experience some others have had. Fast and portions are right.

  I go this Chipotle regularly and wanted to write this review because I don’t think it deserves the rating it has at all. Yes, there’s been some times where they were out of things during rush hours and problems with the drink machines, etc., but I love going here and usually have a great experience. In comparison to the other Chipotles in Winston and other areas, this one has been one of my favorites! 😋

  I came in here a week ago. Horrible service. There was a woman who was talking and cussing loudly enough for everyone to hear. They were low or completely empty on toppings/chicken in the middle of the day. They gave me a ridiculously small portion of food in my bowl even though I asked for extra protein. Tables were also dirty. As I write this review and I can't help but be absolutely appalled at the amount of low reviews this Chipotle has, it is almost a one star overall. How is this location even allowed to be operated still? Does corporate not care about their restaurants or their managers? I love Chipotle but this location needs a lot of work.

  A few months ago I swore to never eat at this chipotle again. I had to many consecutively bad experiences, but I’ve decided to give it another try and my last few visits have been really good. The food has been fresh and stocked, the portions are generous, and it’s overall improved in every aspect. I can tell they’re not quite as staffed as they would like to be, but the people that are there do their best to make up for it. Hopefully they continue the upward trajectory.
