  What is the point of being open past 9pm if you do not have food?. Went in last night 4/8/26 to get something. Employees standing around on phones. Out of most things. Soda machine out front was out of syrup, and the one in back doesn't even enough work??? WTH.... Yes I said it. when this location first opened it was amazing. Now that it has been there for a bit ..... well let's just say I did not think there was a worse location then Hanes Mall. I get its not in the best part of town but even I have standards. Clean your house, fix your equipment, and make sure you have enough food to serve till close. Let me mark another place off the list that isnt up to standard for food after kickball let's out.. ended up getting a refund on the soda since none of it was working...

  This place needs to be closed down. The place is always smelling and dirty. The staff is rude and the manager is even worse. I see why the employees are rude and nasty, because the manager is. I have pictures, but I'm giving them to the media. This place needs to be investigated and reported. I've heard people say they received UNCOOKED CHICKEN.

  If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We came in to order food, and the experience went downhill immediately. The first burrito had barely any meat on it. When I asked another employee if they could add a little more, he looked at us like we were crazy and didn’t add anything or even acknowledge what I said. Then when I ordered my second burrito, I got the meat and rice, and the employee asked if I wanted sauces. I said no, assuming it would move down the line like my first order so I could finish adding toppings. Instead, she immediately started rolling it up. I told her I wasn’t done, and she responded with, “you said you didn’t want any more sauces,” as if that meant I didn’t want anything else at all. Even after I said I wasn’t finished, she continued talking to coworkers and acted like she didn’t care. No acknowledgment. Not even trying to fix it. Just back talk. Also, employees should be mindful of what they’re saying in other languages, some customers understand more than you think. We ended up leaving. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience. TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  Every now and then when I order food from chipotle it might have some burnt or even chard pieces in my bowl.. No one or job is perfect... got home took my 1st bite and it was chard with grilled ash on the meat.. I hadn't eating all day so I over looked it because of hunger..I notice I kept pulling toppings and not meat ..meat was at the other end of the bowl... the meat the I did come in contact with was either to hard & dry. or it was burnt grill taste.. I know what extra meat looks like in a bowl bc I order that all the time... and this ain't it... I can't even eat the food because the condition of the meat.. again every now and then i would have a couple burnt pieces but every piece!? im not in a position where I can just leave right back out to take it back... im so upset right now because I im hungry paid for double meat so I can eat the rest for breakfast...now I can't even have that... I pay for it but can't enjoy it...the toppings were fresh though ...

  This Chipotle is super hit or miss, some of the crew actually gives you a good amount of food… but 70% of the time I’m getting skimped. Example : This worker gives a guy a huge scoop of chicken and it basically covers the top so I’m excited it’s gonna be a good day right.. wrong once it’s my turn next he takes the smallest scoop and even shakes some off I didn’t say anything so the next time the lady beside me gets 2 bowls each apparently having double chicken (I didn’t hear that ) the worker takes 2 huge scoops of chicken for her fast Foward to me up next and I get the same problem a lack of chicken, and no effort on my scoop. I complained and they said the person got double chicken (again never heard that ) but even if they did get double that one scoop that’s suppose to be regular doesn’t compare to my little baby scoop of chicken they try to scam me with . CHIPOTLE ALL WE WANT IS TO DO IS EAT YOUR FOOD AND GET TREATED FAIRLY!
