  If you're out of all food items, tell the people waiting in line. We waited 20 min to find out chicken was a 5+ min wait, so you choose a different protein. Then they're out of shredded cheese, which okay, we'll use the queso this time, not as good but whatever. Then they say they're out of CHIPS! No, that's not acceptable. And then still fully expected us to pay for a bowl of food made the way we didn't want it without all the parts to the meal. All the while I'm staring at someone presumably cooking chicken with, and I kid you not, 50 dirty pans and lids stacked in front of him. Not a modicum of concern from a single employee. A disgusting, disappointing, waste of my time.

  They were completely out of half the ingredients and didn’t bother to tell you until halfway through your order. Really poor customer service.

  Doesn’t have shit, waited for a half hour they didn’t have steak , hot sauce, or steak. Weird atmosphere, definitely need to hire new staff.

  I wish I would have seen the ratings on this place before u got here but unfortunately I was driving n really hungry. In the last 5 years I have been to Chipotle maybe 3 times but I have definitely seen the decline on the whole chain. As a vegetarian it used to be my go to for a long time n I travel a lot so I have seen it on multiple states: the service has definitely declined tremendously, not sure if ppl are not paid enough or what, but most of them have such a nasty attitude like you are bothering them, at this particular location the black girl that was doing the fist station was barely giving any portions, had to ask for a little more of everything and she was annoyed (this is something I have noticed in the other places I had been to in the last 5 years, not sure if the chain policy changed, because I used to ask for more n it was freely given without a smirk on their face). Then when the second station Hispanic guy was giving me a side of salsa, the first station girl told me with an attitude that I had to pay for that. Which I gladly did, n I don’t mind but it’s the attitude that you say things with. The cashier was nice, yet again the first girl had to yell to her that I had a side of salsa. The place was not clean, the bathroom was dirty n had no toilet paper. Glad I was just passing through, but in general I think Chipotle will b a no for me.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle in Winston-Salem, NC. Unfortunately, this hasn’t just been a one-time issue I’ve visited other locations as well, and the service has been consistently poor. The quality of the food was unacceptable. The meat was extremely tough, and overall the ingredients did not seem fresh. On top of that, the employees appeared unmotivated, almost as if they were being forced to work, which made the entire experience even worse. To make matters worse, the restaurant is always dirty, they never have fresh drinks available, and you always end up waiting more than 10–15 minutes in line because the service is extremely slow. I honestly don’t understand how this place has managed to stay open for so long with such low standards in both food quality and customer service. I would not recommend this location.
