  I apologize in advance to even do this low of a rating for Chick-fil-a but I am disappointed in this location especially being my first time at it. I ordered something small to eat, but asked for an extra bowl because my husband was with me and I could make him a small serving only to be told "We don't give out extra bowls at this location." while my food is brought to my table. I then say I will purchase it then, and the girl just ignored me and walked away which made really disappointed too. It gave the whole place a bad vibe afterwards to be honest while we ate. The decor was fine but I gave 3 star because honestly it felt like they gave more room for a line to order then space for a dining room. I pass this location multiple times a week but I think I'll opt out for a bit and stick to the locations I know.

  I was about half way through my meal and dumped my fries into the other section of the sandwich box and a hair that matched the managers hair came out with my fries. I showed him the hair and instead of offer fresh hair free food, he thanked me for telling him and walked away.

  I placed a mobile order and when I arrived the order wasn't ready which was okay . It was about 10 mins that had gone by and I asked how much longer the staff looked at me and it will be out when it's ready with a very rude tone . When I did get the food she walked aways so fast that I couldn't even ask for any condiments.

  Got our food late at night 9:50, and came back around to get straws and sauce, the young man with the bandaid on his finger was very pleasant and out a smile on our face! Great job young man!

  The staff here is just amazing. They listen, they understand, and they get it done. Today they served me a club sandwich without bread. The bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese were inside of two grilled chicken fillets. I don't know if they have ever made that sandwich in the past but they did it. IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING SANDWICH! I was at that location for a special Daddy /daughter event(which was amazing) but I am going back there to get another one of those sandwiches. The woman just had the attitude of "I want you to be pleased with our service and our food". Loved going there tonight and going back to the Knollwood Chick-fil-A soon.
