  this is how much they give you for a LARGE CAJUN FRIES THAT COST $5.99, THE SANDWICHES WERE SMALL AND HAD NO FLAVOR. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy here unless you want to throw away money.

  This is the worst cheese steak I ever had. No flavor. Cheese wasn't melted small tomatoes and 3 little pieces of so called lettuce. Close down cause you ripping people off! I would rather eat cardboard wrap in a shoe box full of nothing!!!!!!!!

  The worst experience to spend $50 on food. That is not even visual appealing. 10 fries with each order. The staff although friendly they weren't knowledgeable about the computer system or how to process refunds for food we didn't touch or want. The store manager unavailable. So basically spent 1 hour after my initial online purchase to fix the order as ordered, to no avail. I have received the run around. Continous calling of a manager, get a refund online thru the website. Blah, Blah, Blah. This experience is becoming normalized for food service. Now I am going home with $50 of cheesecakes that I don't want because I need to wait on a manager to show up this afternoon. It's 3pm. I ordered after 1:30pm, ready by 1:50. Complained immediately upon walking into the Food court and picking it up. I will never try this place again. First impressions matter to spending customers!!! The staff need more training for sure.

  Not worth the price. Meat is tasteless. Steak had no seasoning or beefy flavor; just bland. Ordered extra meat but it sure didn't look like i got it. (Just saying). I remember it being so much better. It used to be one of my favorite spots. Anyways, $36 for two tasteless medium combos is wild. Definitely will reconsider when I want a cheesesteak.

  incredibly overpriced. bread to meat ratio is way off & no flavor. first and last time ordering here.
