  Very bad pickup experience. I’m an Uber driver and had to wait over 35minutes. The order was not prepared and staff did not help. This affects drivers and customers.”

  this place is disgusting dirty not clean the inside is a mess the workers should all be fired along with any management if they have any! the health department should look into this!

  I came to this location to address a concern about an experience my wife had, and unfortunately, it only confirmed why this store continues to struggle. My wife went through the drive-through to order a family meal. She was told she could either pay immediately or wait and pay once the food was ready. She chose to pay later. She was told it would take 10 minutes, but after waiting 20 minutes, she went inside to check on her order. That’s when things became confusing. The manager, Jessica, told her she was supposed to pay first, even though she had been given a different option at the window. After paying, it took another 30 minutes for the food to be completed. I came in simply trying to understand the process and what went wrong. Instead of getting clarity, I was met with disrespect. Jessica was dismissive, repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking, and even waved her hand in the air to tell me to leave the store. That is unacceptable. There were multiple employees and another customer present who witnessed the interaction. This was not just poor communication, it was a clear example of poor leadership and a lack of basic customer respect. What’s most concerning is that this is not an isolated issue. This location has had ongoing management problems, and based on this experience, nothing has changed. Customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and respect. This location failed on all three.

  Took at least 10 Minutes to be acknowledged and waited on. After 10 minutes, had to ask about our order. Employee brought up an order which was nothing we had ordered. Employee was touching his nose while working behind the counter. Then he went to the restroom and walked back thru the serving line holding a bloody napkin to his nose. He came back behind the counter to the drink area where he dropped blood on the counter; a customer told him he needed to clean it up, he wiped it with a napkin. Another customer asked him if he was in the restroom with a bloody nose and told him he needed to clean the blood up from the restroom!! This kind of service and uncleanliness has happened on multiple occasions and nothing ever changes!!! I’m done with this location. It needs to be shut down!!!
