  It’s a short light complexion manager with dreads that always has an attitude. Every time I inside she makes me regret coming to the establishment!

  The service and sweet tea were both great. The watery gravy you put on my mashed potatoes ruined my experience though. Just tell us you don't have any gravy so I can pick a different side versus being stuck with this mess.

  I have ate at this Bojangles multiple times. It’s always hot and fresh. Today a mistake was made. I got home and realized I didn’t have all of my biscuits. I was pretty upset because I should’ve checked before I left, but I didn’t. I called and spoke to who I’m assuming was the manager and she was very nice. Listen to me and just told me to come back up there and she’d get it taken care of. Not only did she get it taken care of, but she remembered me. When I walked in they were so incredible busy and was waiting in line for what felt like ages, but as soon as she came to take everyone’s orders she was calm cool and collected. Even though she was so busy she still took the time to ask how each of us were doing. So now it’s my turn and she said you needed the sausage biscuit and the sausage and egg biscuit right? And I was floored that she even remembered me and was so nice to work with me to just get my money back instead of replacing the biscuits. I thanked her a bunch of times and told her how much I appreciated her being so accommodating. That’s what customer services is! And she should get a raise! 🖤

  I have a very high Van. I cannot go through the drive. This employee needs to be rode up. the person did not, I want to serve me at all. Want me to go through the drive-through at 8:35am after waitin alright, 15 minutes for service. This employee is purple hey ed and needs to get ride up. to.Day!! This employee had purple hair on top of her head.So that should tell you, who this person is.Do not ever come in that restaurant

  After reading the reviews from the past year, it makes even more sense. I'm not sure why, but the overall quality has declined. So much so, that I now consider going to Kernersville for Bojangles. The Cajun biscuit was lackluster and best; the chicken was dry and both the biscuit and chicken did not taste like they normally do. The fries were cooked in old oil (you can always tell by the taste). And when paying for the food, the attendant gave me the total then proceeded to walk away from the window without letting me know if there was a wait or delay for my food or anything else. Five minutes later she returned to the window, took my payment, and gave me my order. Lots of room for improvement.
