Biscuit lacked its normal fluffy, buttery texture. I ended up just eating the chicken alone. Drive through cashier was really nice though. Service gets 3 stars because of her. Never had poor service here, but this time food was barely edible.

I didn't like it. My bf and daughter didn't really eat a lot of the chicken either. But we did I'll eat some potato wedges. And they were the best part. I'm not a big fan of Bojangles for the most part anyways but occasionally when my family wants it, I will eat it...but this was just awful.. never again. KFC for life!!
