  You have to give your order to a robot, which is becoming modern for Bojangles at the moment. If you do not like the robot your best bet is to go inside to give your order to a human.

  Just terrible to be honest. Service took forever in the drive thru and it wasn’t even busy. The car in front of me took 15 minutes to get their food. And then it took 5 minutes for me to even pay. Waited another 15 minutes with no progress or reassurance from any worker. Ended up leaving because I had places to be. 30-40 minutes for a supreme chicken combo is outrageous. Emailed support hoping for a refund. Will update. This store needs new employees or management.

  I started to get so frustrated because the service was so slow UNTIL I realized that everyone working was elderly, they were making everything to order, and the food was so fresh and good and the staff was so very nice and polite. The lobby was clean as well. Just because it may take longer to get your food, doesn’t make it a bad experience. I will visit again.

  Every time we come to this location we have to wait for food even if there are no patrons in the restaurant. When you ask for help because your order is wrong, the employees will just stare at you rather than help you. They are always overwhelmed, even if there are no people there. Management seriously needs to show up and better train these people. It’s unacceptable. Edited: in looking at the most recent reviews for this restaurant almost all of them note the unfriendliness of the staff and that they are unable to keep up with orders regardless of how busy they are. What is management doing?

  If I could give this place a zero I definitely would. First and foremost the customer service was not the best at all. Very careless and not engaging. The second most important thing was the food. I ordered the Bojangles fish sandwich and upon paying $47 they told me that they didn't have any bread for the sandwich after the fact. Then to make matters worse the order that I placed was incorrect. I asked for a mix of bone-in chicken as well as the tenders and I got a box of nothing but tenders after ordering the family meal. They also had no strawberry biscuits. This is exactly why I haven't been to Bojangles in years due to the lack of care and consistency. I would recommend going somewhere else.
