  Online order ready on time. Employee didn’t acknowledge me at all even when I thanked him (and tipped him) for making it. One of the 2 subs was wrong. Store seemed clean.

  Just don’t bother ordering delivery. Food was ordered and made within 6 minutes according to the app which was great… except I live 5 minutes from the store and the food that left the store at 2:17 finally got delivered at 2:40. Again I live FIVE minutes from the store. I almost never order food out because I try not to spend so much on delivery and fees but I was so busy today at home that I needed a last minute lunch. Just disappointing.

  When I went to this Jimmy John's, it was my first time going to one. I was very excited but spent about 10 minutes just trying to pay for my food. It seemed like the staff were more busy joking around than actually being helpful or working. My food was a cold sub but it was...just okay? The place was clean, though. Otherwise, I can get better subs from other fast food joints besides this.

  I’ve been here several times and usually the experience is good. Today, the cashier was on her phone (with ear buds) and leaning on her hand the whole time she was taking my order. I could barely understand her she was talking so low (was she talking to me or the person on the phone?). I just don’t understand poor customer service. Why is someone like that placed at the register to interact with customers? Put her in the back cleaning something or slicing tomatoes. Edit: I ordered my sandwich without onions (see pic). Won’t be back.
