  When I went to this Jimmy John's, it was my first time going to one. I was very excited but spent about 10 minutes just trying to pay for my food. It seemed like the staff were more busy joking around than actually being helpful or working. My food was a cold sub but it was...just okay? The place was clean, though. Otherwise, I can get better subs from other fast food joints besides this.

  I’ve been here several times and usually the experience is good. Today, the cashier was on her phone (with ear buds) and leaning on her hand the whole time she was taking my order. I could barely understand her she was talking so low (was she talking to me or the person on the phone?). I just don’t understand poor customer service. Why is someone like that placed at the register to interact with customers? Put her in the back cleaning something or slicing tomatoes. Edit: I ordered my sandwich without onions (see pic). Won’t be back.

  Ordered online food came out fast but the atmosphere in the building wasn’t it. I walked said to the guy at the front counter “hey how are you doing” he just stared at me so I continued “I’m here for my pick up order” he just pointed to it. Everyone just stared at me which was weird as hell. Customer service is a HUGE part of their job (I use to work at Jimmy John’s) if you can’t even acknowledge someone when they speak to you, maybe this isn’t the job for you? 0/10 will never be back.

  Went in at 940 the doors were open but there were no staff.
