  The only reason I give 3 stars is due to the downfall of pick up services. I never have any issues going in the store. I have been using pick up for a while and have had excellent experiences every single time. But the last few months it has been something constantly. Numerous times there is no update on the app to when shopping has started or completed. Therefore, it leaves me unknowing when or if my order is ready. I have also been unable to check in to pick my order up because they do not update the status appropriately. I got all the way home one time and was missing multiple bags and had to drive all the way back to town that night to pick them up. This particular order status was never updated appropriately either so that I could get a refund. So, after calling, she told me my bags were still in the back, and I could come get them. This week, when my order was supposed to be ready by 5, I had to call at 5:30 to find out the status because once again, it did not get updated as it should. And it never did. Someone finally came out with my order at almost 6pm. At 8pm that night, I got a notification my order was ready for pick up. (had already picked them up) Still had to wait for this morning for them to complete my order so that I could report multiple missing items. When there are labels on the bags that say "bag 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.... with my name on them, I was still missing two whole bags of items. If it was a onetime thing then I could understand but it is almost every time now. I quit doing Walmart pick up and switched to Food Lion because of better service but now it seems they don't have it together either. Also has been the same guy a couple of times that can't get it together.

  always cllean good fresh produce. adequate meat i usually shut the sales or sometimes the managers specials. It’s usually a few days or day out from the recommended date. also use the pharmacy so that’s convenient. I actually like the meats better at IGA and Fremont, but I have to go to the pharmacy several times a week so unfortunately for Fremont that cuts down on some of my Fremont shopping there’s always plenty of parking a few times I bought something I didn’t like and took it back. They didn’t have a bit of problem giving me my money back. I used to do double money back. I don’t think they do that anymore not sure.

  Out of a lot stuff, I'm guessing they haven't gotten the stock out or in yet.
