  Wanted to be fair and not leave a review from our first experience since it was around grand opening and they were busy. I finally gave them a second chance and still HIGHLY disappointed!! The food isn’t fresh seems like we get pre fried wings. Fries weren’t fresh either. We typically haven’t ever had an issue with wingstops other location but this one definitely needs some work.

  We try to call like 5 times en never had anyone answer the phone it just rings but no one answer and when we pick up the food there the people in the front are really lazy they never call out order the person picking up the food has to loos for there name cause the person in the front they so slow that they just there looking the other preping the food but they dont have time to call the orders. Yall need to get better persons to work on the front the one u have now are making customers unhappy

  Sad to say they are not consistent at all. I told my family they are better than BWW but they are not more consistent. One day they are on point and the next day you get something totally different. It’s like playing Russian roulette with your wallet. But when they are on point they could easily be the best wing place in America. I feel bad for the people who never had Wing stop and had a bad experience at this location, I promise you just caught them on a bad day or bad shift or bad cook lol who knows

  Placed an online order the morning of the super bowl to be ready at 5pm. We finally got our order 2 and half hours later after the super bowl had started. But figured they were overwhelemed with all the orders we decided to give it another try. Placed an online order tonight. Was ready in a timely manner but order was missing fries that I paid extra for. Called to speak with someone and told the gentlemen my issue and was placed on hold. Customer service could use some work.

  On Super Bowl Sunday, I placed and paid for an order at this Wingstop location and never received my food. There was a large, chaotic crowd with customers waiting for hours. Despite repeated requests for assistance, management refused to issue a refund for an order that was not fulfilled. Charging customers and failing to provide the purchased product, then refusing a refund, is unacceptable and unethical. This reflects extremely poor management and customer service. I expect a refund for goods that were never provided. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to others. I will happily take this post down if management would like to contact me and provide a refund. I am sure many are experiencing this same issue.
