- S_silcott _Feb 5, 20261.0do not waste your time going to this store, laziest drive through employees ever, this franchise should be closed permanently! told me their scanner was not working so i was unable to redeem a reward, this is the third time i have been at this specific location and the “scanner” is down… and i can not even begin to count how many times i have been through the drive through and have gotten that the drink machine is down or the frosty machine is broken apparently nothing ever works at this location…. including the employees!

This is the only Wendy’s I know of close to me so I order from here time to time however I can’t think of ONE time they actually got my order right something is always missing. If they don’t have something they don’t even say anything to the DoorDashers/to me at the drive thru they just take your money and I don’t find out until I get home. Please get new staff at this Wendy’s I’m begging you the ones there now are literally ruining this establishment with their laziness!! This is genuinely the last time I order from here so I don’t have to worry about this again, this is one of the only and I mean ONLY places in Wilson I’ve ever had this much trouble with it’s ridiculous! Not giving me what I ordered isn’t that serious but constantly not giving me what I ordered and taking my money knowingly is. If I could give negative stars I would.
