Stopped today to try and get lunch as I wanted to try the new Chicken Tenders... however I pull up to the drive thru and I am told just a moment ... No big deal and I wait and I wait... then another voice goes sorry for the wait may I take your order and I start to place it when another voice comes across and says "not yet please wait" so after another few minutes I decided they didn't want my business so I went to Hardees. As I pulled around there was nobody in the Drive Thru and looked like the staff wasn't to concerned about assisting customers. Not the first time this has happened here apparently they have enough business to pick and choose who they wait on.

Horrible drink machine is out for 3 weeks who orders food without a drink. This is restaurant 101 i have called the corporate office this morning. I took photos as well. Sorry we only have tea and water ummm absolutely not 2 time happening

This place is bad . Was on the line for 30 minutes. The staff was not even caring to take my order. There were a lot of employees but no service at all . The management our supervisor was there so unprofessional .
