I ordered my food through the app to be set to be picked up at 5:45pm, we got there around 5:50pm and found out that my food had been given to someone else. Instead of it being fixed right away it took around fifty minutes for them to come to the conclusion that they needed to remake our food for us. They had to call their boss and everything.
