  Pizza Inn was always a childhood favorite for my family, so I thought when my son got a coupon from school, this would be a great experience. I can honestly say our experience was trash!! My groups consisted of my brother, husband, niece, son, & myself. There was not wait for a table, which is nice. But the "hostess" initially tried to seat my group in the party room with an ongoing birthday party. I literally had to ask her if she thought that was a good idea, seeing as there were plenty of tables available, so this family could enjoy this intimate moment celebrating their baby! Once we got our drinks, our waitress disappeared for like 25 mins. I had to track her down & let her know that my entire table was out for drinks, & the specialty pizza I asked to be delivered to my table, had been taken to the bar. One of our kids is super picky &, only likes cheese sticks, so this left him watching everyone around him eat until our waitress finally appeared again & got my request right. The bar stayed empty almost the whole time. Pizzas were coming out, but not fast enough for the amount of customers in the dinning room. Let's not forget to mention that the pasta/desert bar stayed untouched hands down for almost 30 mins. No one was maintaining the cleanliness of either bar, so your having to serve yourself over all the food & mess that others have made. There was a gentleman who came out of the kitchen asking if someone wanted to run pizzas, cause half the staff looked so lost & confused about what they needed to be doing. How embarrassing! A manager, I'm assuming, at checkout asked my brother & husband how our visit was, but was shocked when the reply was horrible. I understand things get hectic, staff calls out, but it really felt like the mare minimum was done here. Bathrooms were not clean at all, which is confusing cause no one was busy maintaining the dinning room area or buffet lines. Just a very disappointing visit overall. We thought about giving them another chance, but by time we all got home, half of us were super sick. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🫰🏾☝🏾

  Last few times I've been here there is almost zero pizza on the buffet at peak lunch times. How do you walk in at 12:30 and they have maybe 5 slices of pizza. And then expect you to pay full price? No thanks. Even worse bringing your kids here when they have coupons for doing good in school and they can't even enjoy. Management should be embarrassed.

  Great family time. Kids love the food and the play room ( make sure to have change / quarters lol ) lots of fun and highly recommend!!

  All servers are kids and they be vaping while they should be working and they were playing the whole exact time and forgot about a lot of us customers they have the rudest attitudes
