  im sitting inside the Wilson Ward blvd restaurant, I must say this customer service is awesome. Hard to find good customer service now days, so it really pleases me to see such young people have customer service on this level. I am super satisfied 😌 ☺️ and the food was 👍 great!!   We enjoyed dinner tonight at pizza inn with all 3 kiddos and it was great and pizza was freshly cooked. Servers kept fresh pizza coming and as we are buffet, they brought our specialty pizza that we requested as we walked through the door. It was fresh and delicious. I always loved pizza inn in Wilson.

  My family of 4 stopped in on a Friday night for dinner at 5:00 pm. We were greeted and sat immediately by a friendly hostess. Our waitress Alyxandria was so kind and attentive. She asked for special request for the buffet and brought a few slices of our request right to the table. Food was hot and delicious! Management seems to care about be customers here. I recommend stopping by.

  It's like it's a completely different restaurant from the past. I believe that the excellent manager that was on duty when we went Monday said that he works Monday, Wednesday and Thursday but don't quote me. But I do know that he was there Monday and he made sure that anything that we wanted to be on the buffet got put on the buffet. Damien was in training and he was fantastic. Very personable to every table that he served and made sure to check on us. It was so great meal with great service

  Walked in there was no hey how your doing or anything just a “pick where you wanna sit” asked for drinks 10 minutes later took 10 minutes to get them, cold chicken on buffet , no pizza on buffet if it were, EVERYTHING was cold … told the manager and and a coworker tried to make us pay for drinks which we only took a sip out of ! Customer service is VERY poor, waitress had an horrible attitude upon arrival! AND ALSO , waitress was fixing a togo soup, spilled a little on her finger and continued to lick her finger and put the lid on the cup of the togo soup🤢
