Had the BEST experience at the Wilson location! Our Server was more than helpful and all around a wonderful person. My husband and I will be requesting her again in the future! The food was amazing as well Hot, great flavors and cooked to perfection. Angel the manager even came around and checked on the tables, we expressed our gratitude for an wonderful experience and how nice it was to see her involved as well, leading by example to make the experience grand!

To begin, we were told for a table for 5 (2 adults & 3 kids) it's a 40 min wait, so we had to give phone # to get txt when table avail. We had kids with us so left park lot to keep them occupied while we waited, after the txt it only took MAYBE 5 mins to get back, parked, & inside & within this short time frame, there were numerous empty & clean tables yet the young lady said she had to go "check on" our table & disappeared for another several minutes, long enuf for 2 different employees to question if any1 was helping us. She finally reappeared took us to our table. I HOPED that would be the end of the negative part of evening but it wasn't. Our waiter started out fine, came to table promptly after we were seated to take our drink order & we got appetizers & bread. There were no plates brought out with bread nor appetizers, we had to ask for things numerous times & some things just never got & gave up on. We were almost completely finished with appetizers & still waiting for waiter to come back to table to take our dinner order while continuously seeing him at table next to ours refilling drinks, bringing foods, re-bringing their dinner orders that had to be corrected but wasn't even looking our direction for us to catch his attention & leaving their table so fast after they stopd talkn to him which almost seemed intentional. We had to grab another waiters attention & ask him to send our waiter out so we could order dinner. I was last of our group to order & While I was placing my order, the waiter was staring off into the kitchen & wasn't paying attention to what I was saying & b4 I was even done ordering started to repeat my order back to me incorrectly. Food was mostly good but in my ceaser salad was 1 piece of VERY wilted lettuce that should've been noticed & not made it's way into the bowl. Rest of salad was fine so I removed it & ate the rest. I did request A1 steak sauce both when I ordered my food & again when my food was brought out (1 of several things we had to keep requesting) When he finally did bring it out, it was in a sauce cup but we had 3 people with steak at the table so didn't think all of us had to request A1 since in the past it's usually brought out in the bottle. I hadn't been to Outback in so many yrs until last night & in the past I'd always had exceptional food & service so needless to say, I was very disappointed last night. Our party spent $200 on dinner for 3 kids & 2 adults which is a lot for us, we don't get to do that often & when doing something like that, I'd really like to have great service & not have to keep looking for waiter, constantly asking for same thing that I already asked for & made to feel like Im being a nuisance. That was a ridiculous experience & even though we ate the dinner, the food was ok, the experience was such a waste of money!
Megan... was our server and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone pitched in but of course megan was the star of the show. The restaurant was so busy and she stopped by and checked on us and made sure we stayed happy. It was our first visit to this location and we already have it on our list to visit again. Food was great. The cook was so nice to ensure my seafood allergy was not triggered and sent out the seafood items separately on a separate dish. Everyone from the staff was so nice. Outback in wilson on raliegh rd runs an efficient house. Megan was the icing on the cake.
My wife and I recently visited and both ordered ribeye steaks. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My steak was served cold, and my wife ordered her steak medium well but it came out medium rare.
The service, however, was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
Good service is appreciated, but the food quality and preparation really need improvement.

I had such a great experience at Outback and I have to give a shoutout to our server, Kriston. From the moment we sat down she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great menu suggestions, and made sure our drinks were always full.
You can tell she really cares about giving good service and making sure customers have a great experience. Our food came out great and the whole visit was smooth and enjoyable because of her.
If you get Kriston as your server, you’re definitely in good hands. She made our night at Outback even better!
