  I ordered curbside so… no Atmosphere unless you mean the girl who brought my order out. In that case that’ll be 5 stars also.

  Wonderful experience in take out on a busy Saturday night in Wilson, NC. Food was outstanding! Recognized within 2 minutes of arrival to ask about my order. Confirmed it was almost ready and delivered about 10 minutes after that. Parking lot was full of dine-in customers and brisk pickup business too!

  We left pretty disappointed after trying this location for the first time tonight. There were three of us there for an early dinner, and we were there over an hour and a half. We waited so long for everything. It took 20 minutes to get a beer, a sweet tea and a soda (our appetizer arrived way before our drinks). We never received bread for the table, despite asking for it. We were never offered refills. We got our meals and needed ketchup and steak sauce, but our waitress dropped our food off and we didn't see her again until we were almost done eating so it didn't even matter at point. Anything we asked for seemed to be forgotten as soon as she stepped away. Two of our meals were pretty decent, but the third came medium-rare when it was requested to be cooked well-done. By the end, we were just ready to leave, and we aren't in a hurry to go back.

  The service and staff did an excellent job. The food was well prepared and came out in a timely manner. The only real problem that I had was that the full rack of ribs is no longer full. They've cut right across the top of the bone and it has less bones as well . They seem to have forgotten to cut out the amount of seasoning they used in proportion to the amount of remaining meat. They seemed to be way over seasoned and I don't know if they have a standard recipe or if the cooks season them. Please restaurants let us know when the portions have changed before we order. I didn't complain in the restaurant because I don't think the employees made these decisions.

  Wow, what a disaster of a service experience tonight. In a nearly empty restaurant, we had to wait for everything, despite staff outnumbering patrons. We had to ask repeatedly for everything (including flatware). At one point the manager came over to check (after we waited an hour for food that still wasn't out) and she was inept at best. Perhaps the worst Outback experience ever.
