  i cant believe this place still open every morning i wake up i pray yo god to know the name of the inspector who pass them on their inspection i have never been to bad dunking worse then this im so addicted to dunking till i started coming here i really started thinking about moving from wilson because of them 🤣🤣 i swear guys even the register is dirty imagine the inside that you cant see it will have six employees and it takes about 10 minutes to get you a cup of coffee clean wise is zero out of 10 service zero out of 10 I wish I could give them less than one star if u dont believe me go check it ur self and im calling the sanitation and whom responsible for business like this to go realy check them out smh

  They should not have all the new hires working on the same day. And if blue shirt with glasses wants pleasantries returned to him then he needs to not make me sit at the window for 10 minutes watching my mobile order get cold. I watched three employees serve the inside customers while ignoring the Drive-Thru. And of course it's not until I get to work that I realize they made my order wrong on top of the wasted time and poor customer service. Meanwhile, Dunkin's customer service line was very pleasant and helpful. So if you have issues where your food also got freezing cold by the time you were allowed to pick it up, call them and let them know so they can give you a refund.

  Worst service ever…Very Slow! tried giving them benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the young lady was having a moment but each time I have gone there it is the same young lady who is very unpleasant & always at the drive through window… she needs MORE INTENSIVE TRAINING with customer service… So I asked to speak with her manager…Now I see why the worker is the way she is!!! TAKE THEM OFF FRONT END… Bad business!

  Great food and coffee. Worst service and attitudes in town. Girl handed me my coffee and shut the window without saying anything or allowing me to thank her. The place needs an employee makeover.

  Only got a drink yesterday waited Too long in the drive through only saw one employee working. The window felt bad for him. But he was very nice and friendly
