I got them delivered I had no transportation to come get them. Normally grease is on the box and hot. These boxes look like they fresh off the stack and the pizza had no heat to it.

To begin… I ordered a medium pizza and a 16 piece bread bite at 6:13pm tonight. I go to pick it up at 6:30 and the man working the drive thru was already going at it with the customer in front of me. By the time I got to the window, they told me it would be another 25 minutes until it is done because they hadn’t even started it yet. I was cool about it and went to get some drinks while I was waiting. I came back 25 minutes later and waited in line again at the drive thru and by the tike I had gotten to the window, it was 7:01. The man asked me my name and I told him and he said “oh we had a big order, so it will be another 40 minutes until it is done.” I had enough time to drive all the way to rocky mount to pick up something my wife left at work and back to wilson before I just went in and picked up my order because forget waiting at the drive thru again. I get my food, come home to eat finally and my pizza isn’t cooked all the way. The bread is still mushy and the cheese is barely melted. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and learned my lesson about Ward Blvd. I will continue to just go to the one on Raleigh Road because they are the bomb and always have my order good and fresh and the people are much more friendly and helpful. I am currently typing this as I sit here cooking my pizza the rest of the way in my oven. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF OUR SAVIOR CHRIST JESUS GO TO THE DOMINOS ON WARD BLVD.

Call up there to tell them I didn't never receive my order manager got on the phone and told me it been delivered since 4 and it was way to big of a order to redo. So I ask for a refund cause never again.
