I got there like 1pm they told me they were super busy that it would be another 30mins. They offer to cancel order I told them no that I will wait. All employees were working 💪 super hard to get orders out. Made it just in time to school. Thank you for your hard work.

However, they are extremely unorganized and mark items complete 10-15 mins before they actually are, leaving you waiting in the store for your pizza you were told was done. Other times they are looking around for our order and can’t seem to find it and then magically it appears. While food is great it’s almost more of a headache to pick up.

Twice dipping cups that were ordered were missing on delivery. One order was a large and a medium and on delivery they were both medium and toppings were missing. And 4 out of my last 5 orders have taken over an hour from the time the tracker showed it as going in the oven until the time in which it arrived barely 4mi away. The pizzas are delicious, but there is some work that needs to be done on the training side in terms of making sure orders are true to what was ordered and no items are left out when they are sent out for delivery.
