We brought a good amount of teenagers with us and the staff was very accommodating and had most items ready to go. The thing that stood out the most was Tonya. We’ve never had anyone at your stores to stop by and check on how the food was and if we needed anything. That’s true hospitality. She even took my wife’s tray after she checked on us. She stopped at every table to check on them. I’d drive from Brunswick County, NC just for the location on hospitality alone. Please keep up the good work, Ms Tonya and we hope to see you soon! - JSJourney SmithDec 26, 20251.0I just stopped at this establishment on my way to South Carolina to purchase some chicken. The gentlemen came on the mic and told me to order when I was ready. I proceeded to order my chicken. The gentlemen got off of the intercom and another employee got on. Once I said I wanted to order chicken, the employee said "Oh we dont have chicken". I knew this was false because if you did not have chicken you would've stated it in the very beginning of our interaction. Then when I pulled away all of the employees were looking out of the drive through window. My experience was unprofessional and rude. Dont lie because you dont want to make anything for the rest of the night and you close at midnight. Please make it make sense.
