- LCL CFeb 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location in Wilson. When placing my order, I asked to substitute my fries for a yogurt. Instead, the employee added both a cookie parfait and fries to my meal, which caused my total to be much higher than expected. I didn’t realize the mistake until after I paid. On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken tasted undercooked, the fries were cold, and the sweet tea was not good at all. This was my first time visiting this location since I don’t live in Wilson and was just passing through, but unfortunately it will be my last. I’ve never written a bad review about Chick-fil-A or requested a refund before, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it’s necessary.
