  Burrito shak was an amazing experience. I loved the food and all the options, especially the chips and queso! The service was very kind and especially a guy named Jaxson, he helped in making me food and it not only was delicious but he was patient with me too. I loved the theme of the restaurant too!

  So my mom (first timer) and I decided to grab early dinner from Burrito Shack and when I say that Jessica and Mya gave the best service ever. They were very pleasant especially with it being my mom’s first time there. They didn’t have a atttifude and made sure she knew all that they had before checking us out. My mom said she will be coming back!! Thank you ladies for your excellent service

  I had an awesome experience at Burrito Shak! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service—Maya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made my day better. It’s not every day you come across service like that. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t already. Big thanks to Maya for the great experience!

  I recently dined at Burrito Shack in Wilson and was blown away by the outstanding experience! The fresh, flavorful burritos are always packed with quality ingredients and generous portions, making it my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. What truly elevated my visit was the incredible service from employee Jaxson he greeted me with a warm smile, patiently walked me through the menu, customized my order perfectly, and even added a thoughtful recommendation that turned out to be the best burrito I've ever had. Jaxson’s friendly, attentive vibe made the whole visit feel special, and I can't wait to return!

  I recently visited the Burrito Shak in Wilson and the food was delicious. I must say that due to the extraordinary service I received from Maya made me write this review. I usually don’t take the time to do so but she was so kind, attentive, and accommodating that I had to. I am quite “picky” when it comes to my food and I know that can be frustrating on my server but Maya’s attitude made it a positive experience for all of us. I actually will be more thoughtful of my actions and attitude towards my servers in the future. Thank you Maya🤩 I was hangry but your professionalism changed my attitude!! You rock!!!
