  I came to bojangles at 4:20 customer service at the window is really bad will never be coming to this bojangles again i asked to add something and she said curse words asked for sauce didnt even give me sauce on a 20 jumbo box it’s ridiculous

  Allow about 15 to 20 minutes to get your order to go. I give kudos to the manager for stepping in to help the obvious new guy today. Busy store that's understaffed. It's just another Bojangles that can't hire enough people in Wilson that want to make crap wages. Pay more, get more. Until Bojangles realizes this... customers will learn to wait. And wait. And wait some more. May I suggest you close the dining area and only focus on drive ins? That might eliminate the people who come inside to make sure their orders aren't jacked up wrong.

  i don’t know what extra seasoning means to anyone else, but to me it means that my fries have at least a speck of seasoning. what are bojangles fries without seasoning?? does it come out of their paycheck? what have yall done that has those workers scared to put any seasoning on the fries. lowkey ridiculous.

  I waited almost an hour for a rice bowl. I was holding my patience but then I waited so long I started to get a headache. I’ve never waited that long at any fast food place.It was about 20-30 cars that went around me with their food. They were very unapologetic about it even though I didn’t get as upset as I couldve….apologized to ppl that waited after me is crazy. They would be upset if they had to wait 40 minutes for rice too and I still had decency to say thank you. I do not recommend this bojangles. Just go to the one by the hospital.

  El dia que fue habían varios carros en el Drive thru espere un poco pero estuvo bien en general. El servicio al cliente fue cortes, excelente pese a que tenían muchísimas órdenes. Saben trabajar bajo presión.
