  Completely unacceptable service. Placed an order of two footlongs 15-20 minutes before arriving at the storefront at the schedule pickup time. Went inside to be then made to sit and wait for FORTY FIVE minutes and my sandwiches were legitimately never made. I’m honestly outraged because when I brought this to the attention of the rude dyed hair girl behind the counter she just walked to the back and didn’t come back. So basically THESE PEOPLE ROBBED ME. Then, when calling to leave my number for the manager or owner, I’ve gone three full days now without hearing back as well as everytime I’ve called since the day off they refuse to answer the phone. They know fully well what kind of pathetic excuse of a business they run and are hiding from it. I will be pursuing this issue to the fullest extent possible if I am not contacted by the end of the week and offered a full refund and free food.

  Food is always good but the girl with pink hair is disrespectful. Has ZERO costumer service, didn’t ask me for my number for the rewards, then refused to acknowledge I was trying to use a gift card so I was forced to pay with cash the the while she was huffing at me rolling her eyes and didn’t wrap my Sandwich for it to be fully covered. 0/10 if she’s here might as well just leave because you’re not going to get anything positive out of this.

  Ordered a meatball sub on delivery and they were out of meatballs. We had to order another sub replacement and they didn't have any provolone cheese. The subs arrived and they were just fine, they were thin and not at all what I was hoping for. The time before this I ordered a sandwich that only came with half the meat and toppings I requested and about 3x the servings of jalapenos they typically provide which gave me a stomach ache. This will be our last time getting subway, which is a shame because it used to be a decent lunch and a good value.

  Out of too many items and only one young lady behind the counter. In the last 45 minutes there have been over 15 customers that waited to place their order and 7 that left after waiting over 15 minutes. When her relief came in at 5 the next girl was twice as slow. There really needs to be at least 2 people behind the counter. My daughter was told she had to order through the app just to to sign up for the Sub Club and to get her order in but the girl didn’t even look to see if there was an order, my daughter had to go up and tell her after everyone had left.

  I have given this place a chance time and time again because I've loved subway for decades. This particular restaurant is the absolute worst I have ever been to. Many times I have ordered online and they closed early and I couldn't get the food I paid for and the last time my sandwich tasted so bad that I took one bite and threw it in the trash. The bread had to be two days old and on a footlong with tomatoes there was one little slice of tomato on each side. Im very disappointed and I hope the franchise does better as a whole because this store has ripped me off time and time again and I've had enough
