  They need to hire more employees, I feel bad cuz they are good workers but everytime I come it takes forever because of the backup. Manager need to be better.

  This is our favorite Subway. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and hardworking. Unfortunately, management is failing to properly support them. We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon during a festival weekend, with a buy-one-get-one-free promotion running, and only one employee was working. Despite doing their absolute best, that team member was understandably overwhelmed. Management should have anticipated the demand and scheduled adequate staffing. Be kind and fair to your employees, support them properly, and they will continue to ensure your success.

  I’ve given this Subway chance after chance against my better judgement and I’ve finally had enough. First I was eating a respectable enough sandwich, enjoying my meal, until I noticed a long hair in the sandwich (my hair did not match). I thought it was a freak accident, until my girlfriend pulled a hair out of her sandwich. We promptly threw the sandwiches in the trash. A few weeks later after much deliberation we ventured back to the subway, and lo and behold, I pulled another hair out of my sandwich! You would think I would have learned my lesson with this location, but alas, I sent my girlfriend back one day to get me a sandwich. Halfway through making the sandwich, I’m receiving texts saying the worker has run to the bathroom. The texts become more frantic as time goes on, and the worker has yet to return. A line formed out the door while the worker is yelling apologies from the bathroom. Yet another sandwich thrown in the trash. Once more I was determined to give this Subway ONE more chance out of the kindness of my heart. I walked up to the counter and ordered the Italian BMT, a sandwich that never fails me at other locations. This worker poured oil on my sub like it was water on a fire, my sandwich was leaking through the bag. I couldn’t hold the sandwich without gloves on. Disgusting. Never go here.

  Sara was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was a one woman show, doing it all! My order was yummy and she did everything all while carrying on a conversation that gave me a smile on a day that I really needed one. Thanks Sara!!
