  I come here often because my daughter likes it, but the place is always dirty. Sticky tables, crumbs in chairs, trash on the floors, etc.

  This Panera bread is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had more trouble with them than any restaurant in Wilmington! I purchased the Garden Avo and Egg White for the first time and they the drive thru. It took 20 mins with four cars ahead of me. When unwrapping it at home I found it to be hard as a rock! I opened it up to see a sliver of avocado WITH THE SKIN ON!! Two weeks ago I canceled my sip club because they stop making decaf at 2:00. I got tired of waiting for them to make a new pot every time I go there after 3:00 pm! I’ve had many times problems with my order. Yes they fixed it but still come on make it right the first time. And now this. I made a decision I will NEVER go back to this Panera bread on Oleander. The Panera at Mayfaire is wonderful! Never have trouble there and ALWAYS have decaf ready!!

  Hellen was so nice,I went to time and I got surprise she remember my name and the food was so good. if I’m going back to Wilmington NC,I’m definitely gonna visit this Panera bread.

  My mother and I had an unfortunate visit just now at this Panera location by the mall. We pulled in and noticed the parking lot was empty at 2:15 and went to the drive through where we ordered one sandwich to share. One sandwich. We pulled up and there was one car in front of us at the window. We waited 12 minutes for him to get his tiny bag. Then we pull up, we proceeded to wait an additional 7 minutes for our one sandwich. No apology. Mind you, parking lot was empty and there were many girls working that we could see through the window. So after being in a line for 20 minutes we got our crappy sandwich. It had TWO tiny pieces of shredded chicken on the frontaga chicken sandwich. When things are running behind a simple acknowledgment or apology goes a long way. While we waited 12 minutes for the person in front of us we couldn’t even pull out bc we were stuck behind him. If the food was good that would be one thing, but 20 minutes fast food drive through for a crappy sandwich with barely any chicken is unacceptable and the only reason for that is apathetic workers. If I was the owner of that establishment I would want to know about the way my investment is being run. We normally go to the one in mayfaire when we go to Panera, that one is a little better. We don’t eat inside the one by the mall because the tables are always dirty and the floors are filthy. I think I’m just done with Panera lol.

  I went through the drive up and I ordered a half bacon turkey Bravo and a You Pick 2 of a Fuji apple chicken salad WITHOUT ONIONS and brocolli cheddar soup. After 30 minutes in line and waiting even after I pulled up to the window, I finally got my order. My salad was covered with, what I would say is, double the amount of red onions!, only 1 container of salad dressing (I've gotten this salad multiple times and always gotten 2 containers before)! In addition the soup is very runny... thin. The employee did apologize, but there was still a wait for the salad. They put in a heart cookie as an apology, I guess. The worst service I have ever had at a Panera.
