  This is a hotel restaurant so it is not the same experience as a regular restaurant. The entire restaurant is open to the rest of the lobby. A girlfriend and I decided to try it out for dinner and made a reservation online. There was tons of seating when we were there. Our waitress Jackie was absolutely wonderful. We decided to order the fiesta chicken for each of our entrees and Jackie let us know that that particular entree is completely made fresh to order, sauce included, so it takes a little bit longer to come out then other entrees. Totally worth the wait! Then when it was time to decide if we wanted dessert, we had the option of all of the items on the menu plus another two items that weren't listed on the menu. The chocolate cake was delicious, the fruit that came with it was fresh, and the ice cream with the sauce on top was a great pairing. Definitely a lovely experience

  Michelle is an amazing bartender and I'd recommend getting a drink from her any day of the week. She's personable, knowledgeable, and just a joy to be around. I can't thank her enough for her hospitality!

  The strawberry and mint mocktail, like a delicious strawberry mojito twist, was a great non-alcoholic option and tasted delicious! I would definitely go back for another. Our server was friendly without being pushy as well.

  Okay but Michelle at Paloma’s— soo good. Her espresso martini was actually perfect! She is just genuinely great at her job, if she’s behind the bar, sit there. That’s it.

  Michelle (main bartender) is by far the reason I love this place! Been coming here every other month for a year and every time she greets me by name and makes my favorite drink!! Honestly one of the best expresso martinis in Wilmington! Overall the staff is great, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean. My go to place in Wilmington.
