  Ordered on the app, first, they gave our food to the car in front of us by mistake, then had us wait 20 minutes in the parking lot. Went in to inquire and was ignored by 10 people for another 15 minutes. Finally, the man helping us came to tell us they were still working on it. Then my drink was wrong. Took another 10 to get it right. 45 minutes total to get my food, smh. No offer to make it right. Requested a refund and received one. Poor service.

  I sat in the drive thru for no one to take my order waited at the window and juat drove off cause they were taking forever with other orders the drive thru line was long and they were moving g slow

  Turns out the lobby closes at 11 pm. Turned off the light to kick to kick us out, decided to eat in our cars, then they turned the lights back on when we left. Staff lowkey rude

  I don't know what's wrong with some kids these days. I went through the drive-thru of this McDonald's and when I got to the window, a young girl who overdid it with her makeup open the window and immediately held my bag out the window. I asked for ketchup and she's sarcastically look to me in the eyes and asked me if I ordered it. I asked her if I was supposed to and she looked at me with the most terrible look like if she was the smartest person in the world. She stayed silent as she looked at me for quite a while. Then she asked if I wanted ketchup. She had super bad vibes and has a very bad attitude. Her parents need to be notified about how she treats other people, especially at her job. I did nothing wrong but ask for ketchup. I called for the manager and some lady came and she didn't want to call the manager. So I said I'm not leaving until the manager comes. The manager came and I told her what happened. She told me that it was just a misunderstanding. I told her I was that I was trying to tell her how she's treating people it's not a misunderstanding, I'm trying to inform you how your employee is treating customers at a public restaurant. This young girl has issues. She should not be working at a restaurant around the public. I will be trying to reach out to the owner tomorrow to personally tell them how their employee treated me just for asking for ketchup. I started taking a video when they finally went for the manager. She was laughing the whole time that I was trying to tell the manager how she treated me. She had no reason to treat me like that. None whatsoever. She is just disrespectful at heart that's it. I will take snapshots of the video and upload them. I will remember this situation every time I go to this McDonald's. I really hope upper management and especially the owner knows what kind of people are really working at the restaurant. I won't go back there for a while because of her. The manager defended the employee who disrespected me as a customer over me as the customer who was just asking for ketchup. I have the full video if the owners want to see it.

  Great Management at this location! I was in a hurry today and wasn’t in the best of mood. But this location cheered me up because they were so nice and welcoming. Great job to the General manager who runs this place in the all the managers.
