I would get no stars if I could. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters the employees are rude, always have headphones in their ears. They act like they don’t want to be there. The food is always cold. This restaurant needs to clean house and get some employees that actually give a damn.

There was a young black girl at the register, that was very RUDE AND HATEFUL! I can't believe the service there, she watched me walk to the counter and walked away before I could pay for my order. She took 10 minutes walking back, and she knew I was waiting. I was appalled. The service there and the employees are just very hateful and the environment there is disgusting!!!
I come to this specific location quite often on my morning commute to work at 5 am and they take only 1 order at a time until that customer is completed and out of drive thru...6 cars in line at 5 today just sitting at the speaker....yall do this every morning....I've never seen a McDonald's treat customer so slowly and carelessly...and I've worked at McDonald's before...this place is sad

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was a notably bad experience. We swung by this McDonald’s to grab some happy meals for our kids as a treat. Went inside to order and were ignored after placing the order in the kiosk. There were about 5 employees “working” who were all on their phones. We were the only customers and it took them 30 minutes to get us 2 happy meals and a large fry. At one point one employee looked up from her phone and said to us “what, you don’t like Chick-fil-A?”
If we hadn’t already ordered and paid at the kiosk we would have just left.

I understand homeless vagrancy can be an eyesore. But at least 50% of them get treated less than humane. I am homeless but I don't hang around other people. I stay to myself and always clean up before I leave a spot I slept at. Mainly cuz I don't want to leave evidence of my presence. Nor do I cause a scene. Never do anything to draw attention to myself. But I just went into this McDonald's and the district manager, which is Black-American Lady about 5'6/5'8 around 200lbs but I don't know her name yet. When I came out of the bathroom with my jacket rolled up under my arm, she addressed me in a condescending manner. She says, verbatim, "You need to leave, we don't want you here!". I informed her I was gonna purchase something to eat and she responded, verbatim, "We're good. We don't want your money. There's other restaurants around here so go there!" I asked what I did to deserve this treatment from her and she decided to come up with some ridiculous lie to appear justified to all the customers in the lobby. Saying I'm always outside cussing and yelling. Which if it were true, I would have been trespassed at some point and would have been documented. But that documentation doesn't exist because I don't conduct myself like that. And if I did, don't you think I would have blown up and caused a scene right then at that moment when she blatantly and condescendingly refused me service. And it's obviously because of my housing situation. I hope she reads these comments at some point so she knows who got the ball rolling on the process of her getting what she really deserves. I just filed a case with Corporate McDonald's and gave them all the information about the situation. I told them I'm gonna call corporate every single week until I see results. I'm about to call a lawyer and get legal advice. So if you have ever been treated disrespectfully at this location, or any other locations for that matter, speak up and let's band together and try to eliminate this ignorance and intolerant bigotry and prejudice. No one deserves to be treated like that. Not people of different colors, religion, disability, and definitely not the homeless community.
