  Man with the beard and AirPods at the register is rude. Love the taste of Jimmy John's, but will take my service to Jersey Mike's right down the road. At least they are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to serve you.

  18:30 Saturday afternoon. 28FEB2026. I cook at home for most meals these days and considering the awful experience in the last 3 JJ I went to, I'd all but given up on them. But I had some free stuff and I'm a sucker for free/ discount food, what can I say? This was a pleasant experience. The girl working was on it. She was friendly, on her game and the whole thing went smooth from start to finish. She appeared to be doing it on her own. Thank you, unknown sandwich shop girl, for restoring a bit of my faith in humanity.
