My mother is gluten free, and we had gone to several stores already looking for gluten free cheezits, so I called ahead. I asked if they had gluten free cheezits, and the man on the phone said yes. I asked him if he could grab two boxes for us since, presumably, he was looking at them already, and he says that he can. All good and dandy, right? Nope! I get there, tell him that I'm there to pick them up (he happened to be the one that was at the counter) and he told me that they were actually out of stock. I get that they sell out fast, that I understand. But I called ahead to ask if they had them, we went out of our way to this store to get them because we were told that the item was in stock when it wasn't.
