- EDErniqua Drayton1 day ago1.0I visited Food Lion and had a frustrating experience. I waited about 10 minutes at the customer service area while one employee continued helping the same group of customers. During that time, no one acknowledged me or let me know there would be a delay. What made it worse was that instead of assisting other customers who were waiting for services like money orders, there was no effort to move the line along or communicate what was going on. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. Customer service is not just about completing transactions—it’s also about communication and respect for people’s time. I hope this location improves how they manage wait times and customer interactions.

She always welcomes customers and speaks to you kindly . I’m uncertain of her name, but she worked this past Sunday night 3/29 thank you!!
