I visit this location often, but my experience on 1/5 was extremely disappointing. I had a simple order, but received someone else’s order, and the food wasn’t fresh. The service at the window was very poor the staff didn’t greet me or offer any courtesy, just handed over the food and closed the window. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

Don't go past 5pm... the customer service will be consistently worse than anything you've ever experienced. Management included. It's almost like there's a terrible service competition they're trying to win. I wish I was joking. It's awful and corporate should step in
