    Baconator was mushy and didn’t really have a taste other than mush. Drive thru chick messed up my coffee order. Went inside to fix it and she said we’re out of that ingredient, well why did you sell me that then. Looks at me like what do you want me to do about it. Guy comes over and remakes my order the right way. So apparently the chick lied to me cause she was too lazy to remake the drink

    My husband and I visited here on Friday to grab a quick bite. We’ve been here several times before, food was decent and atmosphere was decent. Friday it was awful! The restaurant itself smelled stale, and after the manager on duty told her entire staff “yall about to piss me off” we walked out! Leadership is everything and if you have seen a drop in sales, a retention issue of employees, and customers, you might wanna reconsider your leader that was there that day! It was in the afternoon

    There was barely anyone wearing gloves with handing the fries. They were ordering food from another place while the smell of someone smoking was impossible to miss

    I come to this Wendy’s all the time and never have a problem. Today, the burger was cold, fries were cold, and they forgot my 4 pc nugget. What a disappointing experience.

    My burger was cold, cheese no where near melted, and the ketchup was mostly on the side of the bun instead of on my burger. They gave me the wrong frosty flavor. Twice. This experience reminded me why I haven't eaten at Wendy's in close to ten years.
