- KSKyle SloanDec 29, 20253.0I usually have a good experience at this location. I spent $17 the other night and they forgot the Dave's Single that was part of my near $10 combo. I go in and was not mad at them, forgetting stuff happens and I figured it was still in their kitchen since I was only a few miles away when I realized it was missing. The one white dude with dreads was rude and reluctant to give me the missing burger, insisting "it's probably on the floor of your car". No, it was not on my floor (I told him that once and he kept telling me it was), and yes, I'm smart enough to check before driving back. As a manager at my job in retail, yes, it helps to kindly suggest checking places, but when the customer says I did and it isn't there, just own up, apologize and make it right so you don't lose future business. Anyway, I expected better service than what I got. The dude pulled my order and knew I got a bunch of stuff, so it's 100% plausible one thing is missing. I won't be going back for a while.
