    Don’t go here, well, at least inside on the kiosk. First, we arrived at the Taco Bell and the restaurant itself was extremely unclean and understaffed. The floors were sticking to the bottoms of my shoes, and the bathroom smelt horrendous. Hungry and looking past that, we ordered on the one kiosk available. We waited 30 minutes, and then asked an employee for a food ETA. She told us it would be out soon, while the rest of the employees were in the back laughing at my question and my “modifications” on my order. Myself included, there were 3 in my party. We each had a meal with and my 2 friends had food added on their burrito. Mind you, I have no problem waiting, but waiting this long at a Taco Bell is absurd for some extra food in a burrito. I asked again in another 10 minutes, and she again replied it would be out soon and laughed at us with the rest of the staff. She again said it has taken this long because I made “modifications”. The staff laughed at this. During this, many people were coming in, ordering, and getting their order before us. At this point, some random employee walked in, grabbed a drink, and announced to the staff “You all don’t need my help, you never help me when I need it” and walked out of the building. I then decided to ask for a refund because we waited 50 minutes now. The employee scoffed, and exclaimed to the staff, “Y’all they want a refund now!”, laughing. She looked at us in disbelief, said “It is almost done”, and mentioned my modifications once again. Guys, it does not take almost an hour to add some extra cheese, lettuce, and steak to my 2 friends burrito meals. Not to mention they were fulfilling everyone else’s order. Ty, another employee, finally stepped in and gave us a refund when no other employee would help us (thank you king). At the end of the day, I don’t care that you don’t want to work on my 2 burrito meal modifications. That is your job. How can you fulfill others orders but not our 3 meals? Waiting 50 minutes for Taco Bell is crazy. Part of the reason it took so long is because no one would acknowledge us waiting (even though i asked about our food twice). I tried to give benefit of the doubt, and be patient due to understaffing, but ultimately the experience ended in extreme disappointment. I love love love Taco Bell but this was insane. Just all over some extra food and laziness! This happened 11/21/25 at around 8:30pm.

    Food is always terrible. If you order DoorDash here, the order is frequently stolen. This is the second time I’ve placed a DoorDash order at this location and it’s been stolen. I’d choose another one if DoorDash allowed but it goes by location. Called to complain at the manager and they gave me an attitude and blamed me and DoorDash only. You could set DoorDash orders to the back and off the counter where anyone can take it without eyes on them. You should have the dasher tell you the name of every specific order. Things you can do to prevent this common theft. They do not care.

    Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. And they were severely burn!! Absolutely unexpectable!! The person cooking it and the one who bagged it must of been completely blind

    Ordered a DoorDash for pickup on a Saturday evening/early Sunday morning. Got a notification it was ready. Got there and they said it wasn’t ready. Waited 30 minutes and still not ready. Manager(I’m assuming) said she didn’t know when it would be ready, and I could go online and cancel my order, so I did. DoorDash is now refusing to give me my money back because the order was being processed at the store when I canceled it. Someone owes me $30!

    It's good food, but the place is a little outdated and greasy in area's. Some employees avoid you when there. But overall it is a good place for fast food
