Got sandwiches to go for 5 on a Saturday for lunch. Young lady working the line was GREAT with the orders, preparation of the sandwiches and check out. Super friendly and efficient. Sandwiches were prepared as requested and tasted great! Also go some chips and drinks. Good value!

Let me start off by saying, up until recently, this was my family's go-to Subway location. After our recent experience, we will look elsewhere. My wife is a vegetarian and therefore cannot consume meat. When we went to place our order, there was steak all over the line. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there since the gentleman in front of us did not order any steak on his sandwiches. When the lady laid the paper down, it immediately was covered in steak bits. When asked to wipe the paper off, she gave an attitude and threw the entire thing away and started again. However, she still did not clear the line so the same issue occurred. Then, while eating the sandwiches, we had to keep picking steak bits off the bread and paper. Having dietary restrictions is nothing new, but this girl acted as if she couldn't believe we didn't want old steak bits all over the food. Will not be returning and you shouldn't either.

I used to despise Subway- back in the 80's. Boy, they have sure changed and changed for the better! Clean, precise, and plenty of options. The employees that I have dealt with seem happy and eager to please. This restaurant chain seems to care about their employees. THIS is the way employees should be treated! Keeping the employee happy makes for better customer service! Kudos to Subway!
