    Driver left food on the ground. I called to speak to speak to the manager “Methanie” but she hung up on me. The driver had the audacity and lie and say I paid cash and that I received the order . This is why NHCS needs to reinvest in education. Clearly the receipt says here that I paid with a card.

    We were owed a store credit for their mistake for the thousandth time and of course they messed up again and decided to attack me and my husband snatching food and flipping the table against us. These were both managers yelling out racial slurs very unprofessional! What ever happened to customer service??? I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable behavior
