  Ive been doing deliveries in the area for 5 years. This has consistently been one of the friendliest staffs I have encountered in my 12000 plus deliveries. Late night crew is always a vibe.

  Website made my order for the wrong time (and didnt say it on my end) and when I got there to pick it up, they made it for me anyways even though they were about to close and had to stay a bit later!

  Its hit and miss here. One time I order, its the best pizza ive ever ate in my entire life, I order two days later and my pizza was extremely overcooked and the dough is stale as a baggette like carboard. I ordered triple cheese and double pepperoni and deli pep pizza, and there was seriously about 3.5 ounces of cheese on my triple cheese pizza, so little it didnt even bind to the crust, with barely 1 pep and no deli pep on the pizza at all whatsoever. There is supposed to be a standard for toppings for most pizza places with a weight guide for each topping, portion cup or scale to make sure the pizzas are consistant everytime and it was clearly obvious nome of this was used when making the pizzas. Employee was high as a kite and when I came and drove all the way back from my home to express my concern about the pizzas and was smirking about it like he thought it was some kind of joke with the giggles that I was returning the pizzas because he was so high, and the other employee was just outside playing on his phone not preparing for delivery, placed reeked of marijuana and its only the employees there. I cant have 10/10 pizza quality and service when I order then next time a couple days later have -1/10 quality and servce, the quality should be consistant to the brand name and I dont want to waste money. It wasnt just about the toppings, even the dough was totally different and of very poor quality, which is unusal because most dayshift managers will start early and prep the dough balls, label and date them, so i am not sure what is with the inconsistancy of quality with the dough mixing. When I think of papa johns I see the thought of an amazing pizza, but this location has only been delivering it 50% of the time depending who is working that day. I guess some people care about what they do and some must not. Worst part is I drove all the way there and back home to find something not even edible, it was so poor quality that I was left with no choice but to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund which honestly I hated to do because I didnt want to be "That guy", but employee didnt even offer to remake the pizzas or even seem to care at all whatsoever. Making two full trips of driving to the store and back and then going home hungry; not a plesant experience. I will be contacting the owner of this store to let him know about the quality issues with this location and the conduct of his employees. I would have added the photos of the pizzas, but I had already drove back and returned them to the store before doing this review, it basically necessary to have to do that because Im not going to force myself to eat a terrible product and spend the money for it, even though I did not want to have to drive all the way back and I was hungry. I am unfortunatly going to need to find something else I guess than this place from here forward, which is a huge dissapointment as I was ordering every couple days.

  There was a fly on my food!!!! This is disgusting and I wont be ordering here anymore!!!! It was dry and nasty!!!!
