The order said delayed and it took exactly 2 hours to get to my house when I live 12 mins away. When we got the order we noticed they gave us the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, so I try calling the restaurant. I attempted both the online order line and the manager line and got hung up on several times without talking to anyone. We reported it on the app and got some money back. Now I sit here 2 hours after ordering with 2 baguettes and a small soup and no one to explain the mix up to or get my correct order. Terrible!

I totally understand when you are super busy and I’m very understanding, but it has been multiple times that during this, the staff has been very rude to multiple people waiting for their food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again anytime soon.

I went through the drive thru, ordered and waited 24 minutes and no one came to the window. We knocked on the window twice (5 minutes apart) and someone finally came and we asked for a refund and not to worry about the food. They said they would have to get their manager so we had to wait even longer. The manager came to the window, handed us cash, said they were in the middle of shift change, and shut the window. She did not apologize or anything. I love Panera but I was super dissatisfied with this location.

Luckily we looked in the bag before leaving and noticed they had forgotten one of our foods. By the time we got back to work and could try to eat it it was disgusting. Not sure what happened here today, because I eat here quite often and have never experienced this before.
