The bread on my sandwiches has consistently been so hard that it hurts my teeth to chew, and the fillings are always bland with little to no flavor. Today’s chili was especially disappointing. It had a hot-dog like texture with just a few whole beans and almost no seasoning. I paid $7 for an 8oz cup of bland chili and a small bag of chips, which felt overpriced for the quality. Overall, not happy with the taste or the value. I wouldn’t recommend Panera and don’t plan to return.
