  Ordered 2 salads a blooming onion soup and a baked potato after an hour with only getting the onion and salads we asked for our check the server didn’t seemed too concerned about it and wasn’t apologetic about the situation

  This was our first time at this particular Outback. It will be our last. As we drove into the parking lot, the first thing we noticed was how old everything looked. But we figured we'd give it a shot to see if what we saw was deceiving. It was not. We should have left right then. As we walked in, we were greeted less than enthusiastically by the hostess. The inside of the restaurant was clean, but equally old and in need of updating. The temperature inside was cold enough to keep my wife and I on the verge of shivering the entire time we were there. The food was mediocre, at best. Her salad lacked dressing in a quantity large enough to actually be able to see it unless you moved the salad around on the plate and intentionally looked for it. She said her steak was reasonably good, but not hot; only warm. My chicken sandwich was lukewarm, and the chicken was dry. The fries were OK, but not very hot. We were not happy with the way this whole visit went.

  The reason I rated this place a 3 star was my husband really enjoyed his meal. My ribs were really hot I never had ribs that hot before I had a hard time trying to eat them so I gave them to my husband. The staff and waitress were kind. We always leave a great tip of 20 or more.

  We have placed several orders for delivery with this particular Outback location. The delivery times are consistently incorrect, at least an hour longer than estimated. We’ve called to ask about the order only to be told (3 times) that they are having issues with delivery drivers - we ordered directly through their website. Twice the food has taken 2 hours and arrived cold. This last order, placed on 12/19- we received an estimated delivery time and after an hour received a new time 2 hours from the order time. We called twice and were put on a hold waiting for almost 10 minutes. We called back a 3rd time and were told that they now had to remake the order and they would send someone to deliver it. When? Who knows?? An apology - NOPE. 3 strikes you’re out - Outback. Amazingly poor customer service. Two thumbs down.

  The only thing I can complain about is the tails left in the shrimp. I ordered 2 shrimp Alfredos. It was wonderful minus the shells. I also asked for an extra piece of bread and they obliged. No one can beat their Alfredo. It's the best in town!!! I'll still keep coming back despite the tails in the shrimp.
