  I recently ordered almost $400 worth of food for Valentine's Day. The food was very good. What I actually received that is. However, things were left off my original order. I originally ordered Salted Caramel cookies with my order which I did not receive. I was told that they would be replaced with brownies instead and I would get a free appetizer on my next order for my inconvenience. Instead, I was given 3 coupons for free dessert. That's not at all what was promised to me. I payed for cookies and was told it was to be replaced with brownies instead. Also, my shareable salad was left off and I had to call back regarding it. I spoke with the manager regarding the left off brownies that she offered to begin with as well as my salad. She acted as if she never even offered the brownies to begin with. Also, she acted borderline accusatory when I mentioned the salad stating she remembered packing my ranch dressing. I said, "Ma'am, I have the ranch dressing, but nothing to put it on." This is honestly unacceptable and unprofessional. I spent quite a lot of money for a holiday meal and truly expect better. I had to return for my salad, never received the brownies in exchange that was offered to me. I paid for a dessert. I don't feel as though the staff was very kind either and not very professional in the end. I used your company back in October for my Halloween party and everything was great! I definitely didn't get my money's worth this time. When you offer something, you should honor it.

  First off I wanna start off with the server he was so nice! His name is Philip. He made me and my boyfriend experience very outstanding! Our sweet tea was so good and he never let our drinks run out. He brought everything out in a timely manner. Me and my boyfriend thought that our check was wrong and he helped us figure it out so we are thankful for that! The food was delicious the steak (ha! You don't even need steak sauce the steak is so tender and flavored with seasoning it's so good). But I just really wanna say thank you to Philip for making out dinner experience with outback steakhouse so great! We appreciate you very much!
