  ordered curbside and we sat there for 20 minutes and finally had to go inside and our drinks were on top of the pick up area and he had our apple pie just sitting in the back finished when we went in, all we ordered was 2 drinks and an apple pie, don't understand why it's so difficult, no one else had been waiting there that long

  Went in to get an egg mcmuffin this morning. I was really hungry and looking forward to that. Ive ordered this same breakfast hundreds of times over the years and never had this issue. But simply put , the egg wasn't hardly cooked. It was gross slimy and unedible. I don't really know what would cause this other than just being undercooked, but it was not at all appetizing. I did take it back into the restaurant, one employee pointed to the slime while asking another employee to remake it. They gave me back a sausage egg and cheese, which wasn't exactly what I originally ordered, I was still hungry , so I just went with it. The egg on that one was burnt on the bottom to the point that the egg separated from the burnt on the bottom of it as I was trying to eat it. After a couple bites , I called this adventure loss. I haven't ate mcdonald's in a couple of months up until now, and I probably won't eat there again for a while to come. Edit: I went in again tonight. Just to get a sweet tea and use the restroom. What I witnessed was absolutely disgusting. An employee apparently taking their break in the stall of the men's room, walks out of that stall, out of the men's room without washing his hands, and goes directly back to work bagging food. I will never step foot in this facility again!!!

  I came here to get a kids meal for my child. They did not put the apple slices in the kids meal! They gave me a milk that was covered in what appeared to be chocolate syrup! Based on this, it was a crappy experience! I had to rinse off the bottle of milk so that the chocolate syrup would not get smeared anywhere in my car. I don’t think they understand how to properly serve a customer! I won’t be returning. The store just replied to my comment asking me to go to a link but requires information that I don’t have because it was a mobile order and that info is not available. So the sentiment for this store remains.

  I ordered a egg mcmuffin meal with coffee. Normal as usual except there was a .90 coffee upcharge. When questioned that decreased to .60. Still an upcharge for a meal deal. After paying I asked about the additional charge and the small coffee was included. So why force an upcharge. Maybe because I'm an older American and therefore gullible is the thought process here. Watch this when you order. Especially us older Americans.
