    Got home amd turns out they didn’t give me all of my order, so I try to call first. What’s the point of having a phone number of you can call it multiple times and no one answers it ever.

    McDonalds on market street after dark is Horrible and staff needs training and their attitudes SUCK! Manager saw me and did NOT acknowledge my presence, after waiting in drive thru for hot fries, Requested a refund, refund of sandwich received, at no time during our interaction did she say a damn word. Ugh!

    If they ever ask you to pull up to the last window to wait for your food, go ahead and roll on out because you won’t be eating that day. Twice now, I’ve been instructed to wait for very simple items at the last window & they have fully forgotten about me. Today I waited *15* minutes for coffee that never arrived, as easily 20 cars made their way through the drive thru with their orders. The only reason they even remembered I was there, was because they eventually asked someone else to pull up to that window and she pointed to me explaining it was occupied. They still never brought the drink. When I asked how to cancel my order, the girl said she didn’t know. I asked what am I supposed to do then—again, she didn’t know, and just walked away and never returned again. Ridiculous. I get that it’s not fine dining, but basic competency would be great.

    This place sucks after the day shift leaves. The two guys in the drive thru are both rude and don’t pay attention to orders. They are constantly forgetting sauce/napkins/straws, etc. they take forever to get you your food that isn’t even hot. Won’t be coming back at night

    6860 Market St Wilmington, NC 28411 Money taken but order not given. Ordered Double Big Mac meal & 2 sundaes. Ordered at 3:45 A.M. Order was accepted and card was charged. Arrived a few minutes later and the Lady at the window said “Sorry we are making breakfast in 4 minutes.” Would have ordered breakfast if the menu board had been changed to reflect a breakfast menu, but it still had hamburgers listed. This is lousy customer service and the McDonald's app DID NOT say dinner menu was not available. I arrived with plenty of time (at least 5 minutes) for the food to be made, or it should have been already made or in the process of being made since the order was ALREADY PAID FOR! The lady said “sorry” but made no effort to even change the menu to breakfast so I could at least get some food since it was paid for. She said I would get the money back, but didn't say when, and with their lousy attitude I doubt I will get it back. I worked at McDonald's for many years (worked from store opening to mid afternoon, in charge of changeover) and was always able to make sure if someone ordered breakfast at 10:29 they got it instead of the lunch menu which was 1 minute away. Never turned anyone away. But I suppose the weak minded and lazy employees at this McDonald's do not care about the reputation of your brand or giving someone what was was already paid for. Like I said, I worked at McDonald's for many many years and hold no grudge against the company, but this is ridiculous that I had to waste gas money in this day and age and be told “No food for you!” I wasn't asking for crab bisque from the Soup Nazi, just the food I had ordered minutes before, with plenty of time to make it. I hope that my money is returned in a timely manner as I see it as stealing money from me for something that this McDonald's had no intention of giving me.
