I really did not want to use a kiosk where I feel "very" frustrated in trying to make a selection. The woman at the counter took her time with me which released my anxiety in trying to place an order. That means a lot to me. This store was so clean from tables to the floor.

Brought my tray to the counter and I tried to tell the manager that I was missing my hash brown and before I could finish explaining, she just took the breakfast platter off the tray and yelled to someone in the back "I need a new breakfast with no pancakes!" Then she drops a different breakfast platter down with no pancakes and still no hash brown. I then had to re-explain that the pancakes were ok but I was still missing a hash brown. This is what happens when you don't take the time to listen. And the orange juice tasted like orange water.

Condiments are behind the service counter, so you have to remember to ask for them! If you forget, then you have to wait for the counter person to return. Portions have gotten smaller... ie: burgers and buns. The cheese doesn't cover the entire burger... you only get half a slice of cheese placed in the middle. Pièce de résistance... ordering from a kiosk. I deleted my app because it wouldn't allow me to order what I wanted... only what they wanted to sell.
