As a veteran who has trouble processing new information, I was so thankful to see a kind friendly woman at the counter where you place your order.
I really did not want to use a kiosk where I feel "very" frustrated in trying to make a selection. The woman at the counter took her time with me which released my anxiety in trying to place an order. That means a lot to me.
This store was so clean from tables to the floor.

Used the kiosk to order and put my number on the table. After a while I got my breakfast platter but they didn't add my hash brown. Brought my tray to the counter and I tried to tell the manager that I was missing my hash brown and before I could finish explaining, she just took the breakfast platter off the tray and yelled to someone in the back "I need a new breakfast with no pancakes!" Then she drops a different breakfast platter down with no pancakes and still no hash brown. I then had to re-explain that the pancakes were ok but I was still missing a hash brown. This is what happens when you don't take the time to listen. And the orange juice tasted like orange water.
