    This place used to be pretty good but something happened with the management or something and it’s been so downhill since then. First, my mobile orders almost never make it through to them even though it gives me a code, charges my card, and everything. This has happened like 5 times in a row now and it’s only at this location that I have this problem. Each time, I end up going inside to get my food, and I’m met with a rude or confused (like barely know how to use the register) or both service worker and manager as I try to get my order placed. When I was at the drive-thru window today, an actually sweet worker was trying to help figure out my order and she asked her manager for help, and I overheard her manager say either “That isn’t my problem” or “That isn’t our problem.” I am also a customer service worker, and I have done fast food and food service before. I understand how hectic things can get and how frustrations can build up. But that is absolutely not the way to handle ANY customer service situation EVER. This situation with the app doesn’t just happen to me either. Just today, two other customers in front of me had the same issue and they were all treated with the same lack of concern and standoffishness from the staff that I was. Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff, training, and to fix any tech issues they’re having before they ruin themselves. I’ll be going out of my way to go to different McDonalds locations from now on, which is a shame because this location is a short distance from my house. Get it together!

    It’s just another McDonads. The service is outright terrible on some visits but there are other times where it’s great. Guess it just depends on who is working when you visit. The food depends on staff as well. Some days it seems okay and other days like they are serving you cold old food.

    I went there and I asked for my food to be cooked to order and everytime I go there they refry what they have or they give me old ones, and it rlly makes me upset when they do that ..!!!

    Service here is always great. The problem is that McDonald's needs to fix its app. If I have earned rewards or points, I should be able to use them. I have tried to apply them to a purchase and it doen not process for over THIRTY minutes. I tried this from my home, my job, and my car. That's two different wifis and my 4g connection. I also tried using the McDonald's wifi. I have had zero issues with any other apps. It's been over a week and I have tried this repeatedly. I wanted to splurge with some fast food. I'm just going to burger king.

    This old lady that smelled of cigarettes and sadness cussed under her breath the whole we were there about us "getting her ____ floors dirty" as she was cleaning them. We literally just walked to the kiosk to order food its not like I had muddy boots on. This was at 10 pm and they dont close until 11. She told us to " just leave" after we received our food because she " didnt want to clean the floors twice" . I am absolutely disgusted in the way me and my friends were treated on this visit. The place always has rude employees and a nasty dining area. Filthy.
