- SRSelena RodriguezNov 1, 20253.0I went to the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions I did get that but the burger was dry as if it had been setting wrapped up for a little while and it did not taste fresh I think I threw it into the trash at the gas station next door, and then got something else to eat across the street. They need to make the food fresh the burgers should be hot and juicy and the 🧀 cheese should be melting on the 🍔 burger and the bun should be warm

I came back to get a refund, manager told me i could do it in the app since it’s “incomplete”. The app says it’s complete and now I can’t get one. The manager was dismissive and just said “You can go now byyeeee.” I try to be as understanding as I can since I work at a similar place, but it’s unacceptable to just lie and dismiss the issue.
