  the 1 star reviews are taking me out HAHAHAHA - i just left and the staff was so sweet! i had an allergy question and the employees were super conscientious, actually listened, and brought photos of the ingredient lists i was asking about to show me instead of dismissing my concerns or assuming they knew the ingredients by heart. i really appreciated it! shout out to today's staff!

  pretty horrible experience at ILM airport- ordered a sub, drink, chips and a cookie. When the order was complete I asked where to get my drink, and she said, I didn’t charge you for a drink. No problem, I just drank some water. Then I opened my sub and it was just meat at bread, this was my fault because I didn’t realize the slim sub was just meat and cheese, but when I asked the person said “that’s what you paid for, sorry” and walked away. I was happy to pay for the lettuce tomatoe and Mayo, but the way he just dismissed me was extremely off putting. I know airport restaurants already ate super low standards, but when they shove the tip tablet in your face and look at you while you decide if/what to tip, you would expect some sort of decent service.

  Every time, weeks between, I come in asking for an unwich and they are literally too lazy to make it and tell me they don’t have it. Questioning intelligence and competence here. They go out of their way here not to work. Wouldn’t trust the food quality.

  Awful customer service, they announced my total as $10 something without specifying the change, the cashier said they were out of avocado while another girl making sandwiches said they had it but they actually didn’t, no sprouts either? Save your money this JJ should be shut down. JJ is one of my favorite restaurants but this is a complete disgrace of a “Jimmy Johns”
