Ms. Ameila's knowledge of the products and equipment coupled with her attention to details was refreshing. It's unfortunate that she's no longer employed at Jacobi Lewis after 27 years. In my opinion, If Jacobi Lewis had a public billboard, advertising its business, Ms. Amelias face should be on it. 5 stars for the excellent front counter sales staff, thank you Ms. Amelia.

You get true restaurant quality pans and equipment at a great value. The staff are warm and helpful if you have any questions or specific needs. This is a great place to get gifts for newly weds or first time home owners. Anything you buy will last a lifetime of normal use.
